This post is related to the “T29 ZigZag Trailing Stop” Sierra Chart custom study.
Current
In the current version the “T29 ZigZag Trailing Stop” study monitors your position and when a new ZigZag peak forms, the stop orders adjusted closer to the new peak.
Technically, the study adjusts the Stop order prices and sends Sierra Charts a request to modify the orders.
This modification can fail for various reasons. An example of this is if the chart is undergoing a “Full Recalculation”, the modify request will fail.
New in version 7
In version 7, order modification errors are posted to the chart and to the message log.
See example

how to Update to version 7
The “T29 Zig Zag Trailing Stop” is distributed thought Sierra Charts servers and its automated distribution system. User will receive this update automatically when they restart Sierra Chart.
Check the study version. If you see a version 7 you are on the right version and good to go.
